Receta Magdalenas Saludables
Una receta diferente para haceros unas madalenas muy ricas y saludables…
RECETA MAGDALENAS SALUDABLES
INGREDIENTES
-1 plátano maduro
– 100 gr de harina de avena
– 1 cucharadita de canela
– 1 huevo campero
– 1/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada
– 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato o levadura
– 20 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
– 4 nueces
– Chocolate negro 80%
PREPARACIÓN
Mezclar la harina con la levadura, la nuez moscada y la canela.
Machacar el plátano y batirlo con unas varillas con el huevo, después incorporar el aceite, la mezcla de la harina y remover bien hasta que integren todos los ingredientes.
Picar las nueces y mezclar con la masa.
Por último, rellenar los moldes de magdalena engrasados con un poquito de aceite, echar la masa y poner en el centro un trocito de chocolate negro.
Hornear a 200° durante 40 minutos.
Yo no echo endulzante porque con el plátano, la canela, el chocolate y la nuez moscada, ya me resulta suficiente dulce. No obstante, si se desea más dulzor, se puede batir todo con un par de dátiles.
